Cogniss is now an AWS Public Sector Partner
We’re happy to announce that Cogniss is now an AWS (Amazon Web Services) Public Sector partner. The AWS Public Sector program validates software partners with cloud-based solutions and experiences that support government, health, education and nonprofit sectors around the world. The program is only open to companies that have met AWS’s specific requirements.
Acceptance into the program unlocks a number of opportunities for Cogniss. We’re able to deepen our relationship with AWS through joint marketing and promotional activities, as well as improve the company’s visibility among public sector organizations wanting to build digital health solutions.
To get to this stage, the Cogniss platform had to pass a series of reviews with AWS. This includes the:
AWS Well-Architected Review - evaluates operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization and sustainability
AWS Foundational Technical Review - identifies and remediates risks in software or solutions
These reviews look at the infrastructure and technical aspects of cloud-based solutions like Cogniss to determine their efficiency.
“Passing these reviews is of incredible value to Cogniss as it indicates that the solutions built by customers on our platform are secure, reliable and scalable. This is critical for our customers building patient and consumer-facing digital health solutions, where clinical safety, data protection, technical assurance, interoperability, and usability and accessibility are all of paramount importance,” shared our Chief Commercial Officer Joseph Barry.
“Our longstanding partnership with AWS is one that we truly value. The high level of support they’ve provided from a technical, commercial and operational perspective has been instrumental to our company’s success to date,” Joseph added.
Becoming a partner of this program is the latest milestone in our partnership with AWS. We look forward to partnering with them on our next exciting chapter of international growth as we expand operations in the UK.
